Pallas cat is a breed of small cat found in the wild which lives mainly in the grasslands and mountain regions in Central Asia. As the oldest living cat species, the cat was first discovered in the year 1776 by a German naturalist Peter Simon Pallas. The first-ever fossil of the Pallas cat dates back 10 million years ago. They have a striking resemblance to the Persian breed domestic cats. The Pallas cat weighs around 5.5- 9.9 lb (2.5- 4.5 kg).
