Bounty hunters in the 'Star Wars' galaxy are hired by the main antagonists to complete their dirty work.

We previously created lists for Nautolan names and Female Jedi names from 'Star Wars'.

In 'Star Wars', the bounty hunters are given a target, and paid upon completing each task. Most of these characters prefer working independently and so created their own crew to make their tasks easier. They have existed in 'Star Wars' since the 'Clone Wars'. They were initially portrayed as evil. However, as the franchise expanded, many of these characters became less completely heroic or evil, but somewhere in between. Most of these characters have been made into LEGO 'Star Wars' Bounty Hunters sets. Here are the names of the fiercest female bounty hunters from 'Star Wars'.

1. Asajj Ventress - Ventress has donned multiple hats in the 'Star Wars' franchise since 'The Clone Wars'. She was a Nightsister, a slave, an assassin, and a Jedi Padawan. After leading a life of constant betrayal, she chose to become a bounty hunter. This bounty hunter is a ferocious killer became successful in her bounty career by using her Force abilities along with her lightsaber skills.

2. Aurra Sing - A Padawan of Jedi Master An'ya Kuro, this character is ruthless. Known for being cold-hearted and lethal, Aurra Sing has no guilt about killing people as long as it got the job done. She was one of the hunters who mentored Boba Fett when he was orphaned.

3. Bazine Netal - One of the bounty hunters that is mysterious to the point where no one knows her real name. Working under the alias Bazine Netal, she seduces her targets and later kills them. She killed Delphi Kloda, the same man who adopted her when she became an orphan.

4. Jas Emari - Following the footsteps of her aunt Sugi, Jas becomes a bounty hunter. In the early stages of her bounty hunting career, she preferred being a lone-wolf. She is an excellent sniper and created her own weapon. She also uses her cranial horns as weapons.

5. Ketsu Onyo - Ketsu Onyo, another Mandalorian, often works alongside Sabine Wren as her hunting partner. Ketsu is not only skilled at combat, but she is also a great pilot.

6. Sabine Wren - Sabine Wren is a bounty hunter with integrity and honor. She is also an artist and paints graffiti during her bounty missions. She trained as a Mandalorian soldier and is always loyal to her rebel friends.

7. Sugi - Another female bounty hunter in 'Star Wars', Sugi worked alongside the Jedi - Anakin Skywalker, Ahsoka Tano, and Obi-Wan Kenobi. She is one of the few hunters in the galaxy with integrity who was not greedy for money. Later, Sugi created a group of honorable hunters and called them - Sugi's bounty hunters.

8. Zam Wesell - Zam had the rare ability to shape-shift, which made her stand-out from other bounty hunters. Jango Fett initially enlisted her to assassinate Senator Amidala. However, Jango had to kill Zam when she failed to complete her task and was caught by the Jedi.

These are the names of the most lethal male bounty hunters in 'Star Wars'.

9. Black Krrsantan - This deadly Wookie hunter works directly under evil masters like Jabba the Hutt and Darth Vader. Black Krrsantan trained as a gladiator and is feared for his intimidating physique. As one of the elite bounty hunters, he once went against the great Obi-Wan Kenobi and almost defeated the Jedi Master.

10. Boba Fett - The most famous and popular hunter in the 'Star Wars' galaxy, Boba Fett followed his father Jango Fett's footsteps to become a fearsome hunter. Boba is always portrayed as a male in his on-screen appearances. In the 'Star Wars' episode - 'The Empire Strikes Back', he is able to achieve the rare feat of capturing Hans Solo and delivering him to Jabba the Hutt.

11. Bossk - The nemesis of Chewbacca, Bossk is a part of Boba Fett's crew. As a Trandoshan, he was able to restore his lost limbs. He is also a part of the Bounty Hunters' Guild. Famous for defeating a Wookie in a battle, Bossk helped raise Boba Fett alongside Aurra Sing. He appeared in 'The Empire Strikes Back' as well as 'Star Wars: The Clone Wars'.

12. C-21 Highsinger - A unique combat droid, Highsinger joined Boba Fett's crew - Krayt's Claw in 'The Clone Wars'. Standing tall at 2.25 m, Highsinger was designed with highly advanced built-in weapons. C-21 Highsinger has the ability to perform martial arts and assist his crew during multiple missions.

13. Cad Bane - Considered as the most feared hunter, Cad Bane is a psychopath who enjoys making his targets suffer. Cad Bane mastered the art of controlling his own emotions. He rose to prominence by working with infamous criminals like Jabba the Hutt and Darth Sidious. His crimes include bombing a Jedi temple and kidnapping Force-sensitive children. Don't be fooled by his quirky appearance; Cad Bane is a ruthless villain though and through.

14. Dengar - A hunter since 'The Clone Wars', Dengar was active from 'The Clone Wars' until 'The Galactic Civil War'. This violent hunter is always excited about getting his hands dirty for a job. As a member of the Krayt's Claw’, Dengar successfully completed many missions alongside Boba Fett, Ventress and C-21 Highsinger.

15. Din Djarin - Known as "Mando" to his allies and "the Mandalorian" to his rivals, Din Djarin is a hunter in the New Republic. Nobody seems to know of his past, and he seems cold-hearted, although loyal to his Tribe. He forms a special bond with Baby Yoda (aka The Child), who was once Djarin's target.

16. Durge - At almost two thousand years of age, Durge has lived a long life. He develops a deep resentment against the Mandalorians after they torture him. This torture results in Durge becoming psychotic to the point where he starts enjoying killing people. He also has the unique ability of regeneration, which makes him quite powerful.

17. Embo - Unable to speak the human language, this bounty hunter from 'Star Wars' is known to work for the employee that pays him the most. The Kyuzo hunter first appeared during 'The Clone Wars'. He was skilled in shooting with his bow-caster, used his war helmet as a weapon and a shield, and was physically agile.

18. Greedo - Though a minor character, Greedo was popular as being Jabba the Hutt's hired gun. Greedo's task was to capture and hand over Hans Solo to Jabba the Hutt. In the end, Hans ends up shooting Greedo and killing him.

19. IG-11 - IG-11 was a droid hunter that was given the task to kill Baby Yoda. However, he was later programmed to protect Baby Yoda. He ends up sacrificing himself so that he could protect Baby Yoda and his allies.

20. IG-88 - Unlike IG-11, IG-88 (aka Phlutdroid) was only meant for destruction. Hired by Darth Vader to hunt down Hans Solo, IG-88 has a mind of his own. IG-88 was the creation of the Holowan Laboratories and had no master to take orders from.

21. Jango Fett - This legendary bounty hunter was recruited by Count Dooku as a template to create clone troopers. He once killed six Jedi warriors with his bare hands. Jango was also the only hunter who captured Anakin Skywalker as well as Master Obi-Wan Kenobi. His son Boba decided to become a hunter to carry on the legacy of his father.
