Each of these worksheets contains tracing practice for upper and lowercase cursive letters and an example of how to use them to write sentences. Children can trace the letter 'A' in cursive, then repeat along the page.

Further down the worksheet, kids will then use the skills they have learned to trace a full-sentence focusing on using cursive 'A'. Learning how to write in this style will help improve every third-grade child's handwriting, and set them up for the future.

Cursive writing might not always take priority in the education system since learning to type has taken precedence. However, these worksheets are a fantastic way to develop a new skill and learn each cursive letter one by one.
