There are baby changing facilities within the Magic Garden area. Additional toilets are available in the neighbouring Kitchen Garden.
There is a small café serving a limited range of drinks and snacks is on-site at the Magic Garden. The Tiltyard restaurant offers children meals. Alternatively, you’re welcome to enjoy your own packed lunch in Hampton Court’s grounds.
Tickets are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. You must print out your booking confirmation and bring it with you on the day. Please bring ID with you that matches the name of the Lead Traveller on your ticket. During busy periods, your time in the Magic Garden may be limited to a maximum of 90 minutes.
