In 1982, Barbara Lazaroff's first restaurant design was the original Spago in West Hollywood, California. Barbara Lazaroff's additional designs encompassed Wolfgang Puck Cafés in Canada, the United States, and Japan, having a signature restaurant plan with triangular shape fused glass made sconces and colorful and geometric mosaic walls and floors. Her other restaurant projects which she co-owned as Chinois Las Vegas, Spago Tokyo, and the Playboy Club Japan in Tokyo.
Barbara is also the co-founder of FGI: Filmanthropic Group International with Jordan Roberts, a studio that works with causes, brands, and A-list talent to create mainstream film and media. Barbara is also the film producer. She was the producer, of the 2013 released documentary with the name 'Femme', which included 100 interviews with important women from across the world. She along with Tricia LaVoice was the co-author of a book, which was named 'Wishes For A Mother's Heart' and was included in 'RenWomen: What Modern Renaissance Women Have To Teach Us About Living Rich Fulfilling Lives'.
