Corey Burton has a long history of working as a voice actor for Disney. He is notable for animated films and rides at the Disneyland Resort, Walt Disney World Resort, and Tokyo Disney Resort. On direct-to-video video releases, he delivers the 'Feature Presentation' voice. You can't be at Disneyland without hearing his voice.

Burton has provided the voices for similar and unique characters for more than 50 Disney Storyteller recordings.

Corey Burton worked on the Ghost Host at Disneyland's Haunted Mansion Holiday ride. He mimicked the voice of the late voice actor Paul Frees after his passing. At the start of the movie adaptation of 'The Haunted Mansion', he also delivered the famous phrase, "Welcome, dumb mortals."

Paul Frees-like voices can be heard throughout the Disneyland Park. This includes Grumpy on the Seven Dwarfs Mine Train ride, several voices in Mr. Toad's Wild Ride, and a number of more recent pirates in the Pirates of the Caribbean ride.

He impersonated the voice of Frees as the announcer in the 1999 comedy 'Dudley Do-Right'. He did the same as the alien foreheads in the Larry Blamire parody Trail of the Screaming Forehead from 2008.

Burton re-recorded all of Deems Taylor's commentary for Disney's Fantasia 60th Anniversary Edition and 2010 Special Edition. He was asked to record a fresh safety speech for the Haunted Mansion ride's opening sequence but refused. Voice actor Joe Leahy recorded the speech in his place.

Shockwave was by far Burton's favorite character to portray in the original series. Despite this, he declined to play the character again in 'Transformers: Dark of the Moon'. This was because he believed he had already voiced the character several times. As a result, Megatron/Galvatron voice actor Frank Welker was granted the role.

In 'Star Wars: The Clone Wars', Burton provided the voices for Count Dooku, Cad Bane, San Hill, and Ziro the Hutt. He has since continued to provide the voices for Cad Bane in the TV series 'Star Wars: The Bad Batch' and 'The Book of Boba Fett'. He has lent his voice to various video game characters.

Due to Christopher Lee's health issues, Burton worked as a voice actor for Ansem the Wise. This was for the Kingdom Hearts games 'Chain of Memories', 'Birth by Sleep', and 'Dream Drop Distance'. He dubbed Lee's words for the Nintendo DS edition of 'Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days' cinematic version. In 'Kingdom Hearts III', he played Ansem the Wise once again.

In the DC animated world, Burton played the villainous Brainiac. In the television shows 'Superman: The Animated Series', 'Justice League', and 'Justice League Unlimited', he voiced the role. He also played the same character in L'EGO DC Super-Villains', 'DC Universe Online', and 'Legion of Super Heroes'. However, those projects did not take place in the DCAU.
