He is most notably known to have played Timothy in 'The Long Kiss Goodnight', Tom Ryan in 'Scary Movie 4', and Max Baer in 'Cinderella Man'. He was also the producer's original choice to play Chandler Bing in the superhit comedy series, 'F.R.I.E.N.D.S.', but he turned the role down, with it ultimately going to Matthew Perry. He also had a minor part in the popular show 'Sex And The City' as a jazz musician who was a love interest for the main character, Carrie Bradshaw.
Apart from these roles, he had many small roles like Jeffrey Coho, an attorney on the A.B.C. series 'Boston Legal', a lead part in 'Unhitched', and was part of the pilot for an American version of the popular British science-fiction show 'Red Dwarf', which unfortunately did not get picked up to become a show.
