Chris Broad is a British YouTuber, blogger, filmmaker, and podcast host who created the popular YouTube channel Abroad in Japan.
His videos are mainly centered on educating viewers on Japanese food, traveling in Japan, and the Japanese culture and lifestyle as a whole. Chris Broad created the channel in 2012 after he moved to Sakata, Yamagata in Japan to work as an English teacher with the Japan Exchange and Teaching (JET) Programme in August 2012.
