Glozell Green started her career in 2008 by establishing her YouTube channel, GloZell1. Comedy is the genre of this channel. Her YouTube channel consists of video interviews, light entertainment about her life, imitating celebrities, and song imitations! Some of her most popular early videos were her translations of pop songs like - Kesha's 'Tik Tok' and Rihanna's 'Rude Boy'. Glozell's first viral video on YouTube was titled 'My Push-up Bra Will Help Me Get My Man', back in 2008, which helped her gain millions of views. She also has her own website where you can learn about upcoming shows or events that she will be part of.

Glozell started using YouTube as a video host for the interviews. Thus, on January 22, 2015, she interviewed US President Barack Obama through a live stream hosted at the White House on YouTube, along with fellow YouTubers Bethany Mota and Hank Green. Racial profiling, shootings done by the officers, relations with the neighboring nation-Cuba, and cybersecurity were discussed in the interview.
