A $5000 'Fleur burger 5000' known to be one of the ultimate burgers made from American Kobe beef, shaved truffles, and sautéed foie gras, is served at his gourmet Burger Bar in Las Vegas, Nevada. He opened a second Fleur de Lys at Mandalay Bay shortly after. Additionally, Hubert Keller established the SleeK steakhouse in Downtown St. Louis, which is regarded as the city's top steakhouse. Hubert Keller served as Club XIX's consulting chef at the Pebble Beach Lodge in California.
