This Hard Rock Café was established in 1971 in the Mayfair district of London along with Peter Morton. Since the Hard Rock Café was the first theme-based rock n roll music restaurant business in the United States as well as in the whole world, it gained immense popularity. Further, Tigrett bought the entirety of the business from his partner, Peter Morton, and took over the original cafe in London. He bought the rights to the name in most parts of the world and the eastern zone of Mississippi.
In 1992, Tigrett landed a new venture with the partnership of Dan Aykroyd. It was the House of Blues. Tigrett continued in this business for six years and then switched to starting another business, the 'Spirit Channel.'
