She also performed at the Edinburgh Festival, Scotland. In 2001, she moved from Sydney to Melbourne. After that, in the same year, she released her first EP along with the Regency Records, titled 'Movement Involves Danger.' In 2005, she released another EP with Shiny Records entitled 'Permanent Marker.' In 2006, Jen, along with her band Jen Cloher and the Endless Sea, released her debut album 'Dead Wood Falls.' For her first album, she got nominated for ARIA Music Awards. After this, Jen became a familiar face in the music scene.
