Jo Jin-ho, stage name Jinho, is a famous South Korean dancer, singer, lyricist, composer, vocal coach, and a member of the boy band Pentagon.
Jinho is an ex-trainee of SM Entertainment and was also a part of the Ballad Project Group under SM. In 2015, Jinho changed his career to vocal coaching after quitting SM Entertainment.
Since then, Jinho has worked with Yoo Seon-ho and (G) I-dle, among other Cube labelmates. Jinho won the first position in 2008 in the SM Everysing contest and later became a trainee at SM Entertainment. Jinho, alongside TraxX’s Jay, Shinee’s Jonghyun, and SJ’s Kyuhyun became members of the South Korean ballad project group called 'SM the Ballad'. After he left SM Entertainment in 2015, Jinho started working at Modern K Academy as a singing tutor, where he was encouraged to go through the audition process for Cube Entertainment. Jinho soon became a part of a vocal project group called Seorin-dong Children, along with Hui and other female singers. After completing the audition process, Jinho took part in the Pentagon Maker, made it to the final lineup, and then debuted in 2016 for the group.
Jinho has also served the nation by participating in compulsory military services in South Korea. Jinho was given active duty as a soldier in May 2020, before he was enlisted, Jinho made a special song which was a self-composed solo song called 'I’m Here' for his bandmates and friends who are chasing their dreams. Jinho was discharged from his compulsory military service in November 2021.

In 2018, a second mini-live concert was announced by Jinho called 'Magazine Ho Vol.2- Ready Ho', whose tickets sold out within seconds of the announcement and were conducted at Ilchi Art Hall in January 2019. 'Goddess is Watching You' is the fourth musical in which Jinho was cast for the part of Ryu Soon Ho, an innocent North Korean soldier, who with the belief in a goddess beats his war trauma. This musical called 'Goddess is Watching You' ran at the Daehangno Arts Theater, Seoul between November 2019 to February 2020. His third mini-live concert was 'Magazine Ho Vol.3- Off Stage' which was held in January 2020. Cube Entertainment has to add an additional date for this mini-concert because of the demand from Jinho’s fans. The initial performance of the third mini-live concert Jinho was conducted on January 10, 2020. Jinho sang 'Gravity', which is an unreleased song along with Kino who is the writer and composer of the song. Other members of Pentagon Yeo One, Hongseok, and Hui were also present as special guests.
Jinho won I'm CELUV's 100th Special Award in the category 'Fatal Attraction' in 2019.
