Larry Merchant is a longtime announcer for HBO, such as 'Boxing After Dark' and 'World Championship Boxing (HBO)', thus making ESPN boxing critic Dan Rafael and others call him the most outstanding TV boxing analyst. Aside from being a commentator and sportscaster, Merchant is also an author who published three books.
