Les Miles is a retired football coach who has been the name behind the success of a lot of teams, including the University of Michigan and Louisiana State University. For the 2007 LSU Tigers team, he had been the power behind their win in the BCS National Championship Games.

After seeing a not-so-fruitful career as a football player, Les Miles headed toward becoming a head coach for different teams. He started his career in 2001, with Oklahoma State Cowboys and continued as the team's coach until 2004.

After leaving Oklahoma State Cowboys, he started coaching Louisiana State University (LSU) in 2005, where he stayed until 2016. In his first year with LSU, in 2005, he helped the team win the title of 2005 SEC Western Division.

In 2007, the LSU Tigers won the BCS National Championship against Ohio State under his guidance.

Before starting his journey as a head coach for Oklahoma State, Dallas Cowboys of the National Football League, University of Michigan, and the University of Colorado at Boulder, Miles had previously served as the assistant coach for all these teams.

As of 2022, he was appointed as the head coach at Kansas University, where he hired Luke Meadows for the role of offensive line coach. Consequently, he became his assistant coach along with Chevis Jackson, the cornerback, and Chip Lindsey, the offensive coordinator. However, Luke Meadows was later fired from his position by Miles himself.
