This narrative novel, based on the wildly successful 'Texts From Bennett' Tumblr blog, is classified as a family saga for the twenty-first century. It follows the year that Bennett, as well as the rest of his leeching family, relocated to his cousin Mac's home. As per the author, the novel is a story of love and a homage to 'How I Met My Wife'.

'Congratulations', his studio album, was dropped on September 13, 2016, and features a special feature by Tech N9ne. Mac Lethal released a song called 'Kansas Chiefs Anthem 2020' before the Chiefs' triumph in Super Bowl LIV. Mac Lethal mentions several Chiefs stars from that season in the track.
