This mother-daughter duo was so strong that even if Rosalind's father left her mother due to an external affair, Rosalind never left her mother alone. The relationship between Agatha and Rosalind was more like friends than of mother and daughter.

After Agatha's death, Rosalind worked to maintain, and also to strengthen, the reputation of her mother as a literary figure to protect the integrity of her works. Through the autobiography of Agatha, it is known how much she loved her only daughter.
