We often consider ourselves lucky that we were not born when the dinosaurs existed. However, we are always curious as to what dinosaurs were like back in the day. Here, we introduce you to one such type of dinosaur. Triceratops was a genus of dinosaurs that existed around 68 million years ago. It is known to be one of the last non-avian dinosaurs to have gone extinct. They belonged to the Ceratopsidae family. They were known for their rhinoceros-type body and three horns on their heads.
