Meet The Kidadl Team

Sophie Orman

Sophie is passionate about spending quality time with her family and making amazing memories with them. They love exploring London together - and enjoy regular visits to shows, museums and art galleries along with all things chocolate, food and fashion. Sophie's passion to uncover the very best of family-friendly London led her to co-found the Kidadl platform with fellow mum and family-explorer Hannah Feldman.

Hannah Feldman

Born and raised in London, Hannah loves nothing more than seeking out the best in family fun for her three boys aged 6 and under, from outdoor adventures to all things transport, tech and time-travel! Hannah's passion to uncover the very best of family-friendly London led her to co-found Kidadl with fellow mum and family-explorer Sophie Orman.

Henrietta Richman
Operations & Special Projects Manager

After spending 15 years working for some of the UK's top magazines and newspapers, Henri joined Kidadl in 2017 as a content manager and is now responsible for making sure all projects at Kidadl are delivered on time and provide parents with the very best tools and resources to educate and entertain their children. When she's not chasing copy, Henri can be found out and about exploring North London's green spaces with her two sons aged 6 and 9.

Alex Outlaw
Head of Growth

Alex Outlaw is a founder and marketing director who has helped both big and small brands scale rapidly. In 2014 he built his own ecommerce business that grew from nothing to 2.5m visits a month and was recognised as one of the fastest-growing fashion brands in Europe by the FT, TNW & Drapers. Since exiting the business he has focused on supporting founders turn their ideas into game-changing growth strategies by building out their content marketing and achieving product-market fit.

Paul Postrzednik
Head of Design

Paul leads the design team at Kidadl, bridging the gap between user experience and technology. With his user-centric approach, he oversees delivery of our one-of-a-kind digital product, helping to define the Kidadl brand and how users interact with it. With over a decade of experience across multiple platforms and industries, Paul is passionate about modern, functional design. Prior to working at Kidadl, Paul worked on delivering digital products for brands including Nike, H&M, P&G, Unilever and Lenovo among others.

Claire Edwards
Head of SEO

Claire is an SEO Consultant with over 10 years’ experience in digital marketing. She has supported many international brands in different sectors to help them better understand their audiences and to improve performance of their websites. She's determined to deliver the best online experiences bringing all aspects of digital together and to ensure Kidadl’s great content is easy to find and accessible for all to enjoy. She's also a proud mother of a very energetic and smiley 9-month-old girl. Offline, you will find Claire walking her dog Luna, swimming in the pool or at the beach stand-up paddle boarding.

Cael Prussian
Head of Development

Cael is an expert in UX and human-centred design, experienced in conducting user research, user testing, persona identification, story mapping, scenario mapping and product visualisation. Cael specialises in facilitation of technical capabilities, identification of product requirements and selection/implementation of modern web frameworks and technologies. As a business owner he facilitates and manages communication between business and product and drives production across creative and technical teams.

Jake Ranallo
Product Designer

Jake is a Creative Director and Product Designer with over 10 years' experience in bringing ideas to life. He is responsible for ensuring design output is world class, user first and stakeholder aligned. With exposure to startups across a broad range of industry verticals, he believes creating intuitive, user centric product design and validating ideas fast is the key to succeeding in the market.

Xaun Lopez
Senior Software Engineer

Xaun Lopez is a senior software engineer & technical lead with over 6 years experience. He has expertise in full stack application and web development, and is responsible for ensuring the technical team meets business and user requirements through implementation of technical solutions and clean, functional code. Xaun has worked across a variety of different developments including large scale platforms, small applications, quick turn-around websites and has proven to apply his coding skills to any technical challenge from pixel perfect interfaces, to the setup of complex infrastructures and deployments.

Simon Bennett

Forging his marketing career in the automotive sector, Simon has led large teams for the likes of Volkswagen and Audi, before taking his experience to one of the world's largest automotive digital agencies, where he led the Nissan Europe account. Si has been establishing systems, process and growth strategies for brands and agencies ever since. Out of work hours, Simon is led a merry dance by his three children and is told which trousers to wear by Mrs B. Long daily beach walks with his mini-Schnauzer are his escape from the world and where his most creative ideas come from!

After living in various countries across Europe and now settling in London, Georgia is still in awe of everything there is to see and do in the capital. She loves to explore anywhere with a view; whether it's the iconic Shard or a secret spot in Highgate. You can usually find her travelling, taking photos or making her way to a concert - sometimes all three at once!


Monisha was born and raised in London, but as a Modern Languages graduate, she loves to travel and explore. She enjoys learning new languages and discovering other cultures, especially their food! A private tutor and tennis coach in her spare time, Monisha enjoys teaching kids new things and finds it both fun and very rewarding.


Isobel loves exploring cities and finding great outdoor spaces to enjoy with her family and friends. She grew up in Surrey, enjoying family trips into London in the school holidays to explore everything the city has to offer and has also spent three years living and studying history in Birmingham, another great city! She loves watching and playing sports, baking and spending quality time with her friends and family.


Big sister Flora loves exploring new places and outdoor spaces. She recently moved to London after graduating from the University of Birmingham and is really loving her new home city, but harbours a soft spot for all things Brum. She also loves embroidery, experimenting (sometimes successfully) with making clothes, and cooking huge meals for her friends and family. She has previously worked in children's theatre, television, and festivals, and is always looking for more magic experiences.


Laura grew up in London and loved special family trips out to the theatre, Science Museum and all of the city's wonderful parks. She loves travelling, writing, drawing, exploring new art exhibitions and finding the best food and drink spots in the capital! At Kidadl, Laura handles our social media channels and is part of the busy brief writing team, creating the blueprints for the diverse range of articles you'll find across the site. She also dabbles in graphic design pieces for Kidadl's Instagram and writing blog articles full of family fun herself.


Luca is a keen performer, student and writer. Based in North London and constantly surrounded by his large Cypriot family, including many young cousins, Luca is no stranger to great food and adventure. Passionate about contemporary art forms, including dance-theatre and photography, Luca loves visiting art galleries and performance venues.


Harriet is currently working as a freelance writer and uploader for Kidadl. She grew up in Surrey, studying English Literature as an undergraduate at the University of East Anglia and later completing a postgraduate degree in Playwriting and Dramaturgy at Glasgow University. She is now based in Manchester, where also works in marketing and likes to indulge in her main passion – seeing as many theatrical performances as possible. She has previously worked across various areas of theatre, and continues to edit scripts for theatre.

Mina lives in London and loves exploring the city and uncovering new, exciting, and fun activities, places, and adventures to fill her days with. She is also passionate about children’s literature and sharing all things cultural with the children she babysits, so if there’s a new family film, play, or exhibition, you’re likely to find her there. She has also travelled extensively in her life throughout Europe and further and loves exploring new places and meeting new people. She has a degree in Linguistics and Language Acquisition and remains fascinated by all languages and cultures.


Dayna grew up in rural Devon speaking three languages at home, she is the definition of a ‘linguaphile’! After studying Speech Therapy and Psychology at the University of Reading, she now works as a Speech and Language Therapist specialising in early intervention for children with special educational needs. She also works with adults and teenagers who have dysfluency. When she’s not supporting children and families within schools and her clinic, she’s out exploring with her own kids. She has worked extensively overseas and is the editor of an inflight magazine for Air Malta.


Jo is a work-from-home mum to two boys. They can often be found mooching around their local castle, museum or gallery. She has a degree in Film and English and a personal interest in mental health and well being, as well as food and drink, photography, history, and art, and likes to write about all of these interests on her blog. She is also passionate about passing on her love for knowledge to her sons through learning and having adventure. And, as a Nottingham native, there are no better woods to stomp about in than Sherwood forest, following in the footsteps of Robin Hood!


Jennie is a Manchester native who discovered a love of teaching and travel whilst teaching at a kindergarten in China, and has spent her time since then becoming an expert in both. Jennie mainly teaches KS2 children and still thinks she has the best job in the world. She also runs a tutoring and mindfulness company called ‘Recreate-U’ which helps people to reach their full educational potential through making them feel comfortable, safe, and happy in their learning environment. In her spare time she can be found up to her elbows in a craft project or curled up somewhere comfy with a book and a hot cup of tea.


Emily has lived in London for ten years, and still loves discovering new places to explore in the capital with her two little brothers. She loves all things lifestyle and fashion, she is a fashion designer and artist, as well as working with arts charities to facilitate workshops and outreach on crafts, fashion, and design for children with special needs and children with difficult home lives who might otherwise not have access, from toddlers to teenagers. Emily is also a trained life coach and loves talking and writing about general wellness, mindfulness and healthy relationships.


Freelance writer Amy lives in Hampshire with her 3 year old daughter, who is a super energetic, chatty child, leading to Amy’s interest in all matters to do with infant and child sleeping patterns and mindfulness for adults and children. Amy’s degree was in fashion design and she loves filling their beautiful home full of interesting textiles, tiles, art, ceramics, and houseplants or, alternatively, pining over them on Instagram. When they aren’t out exploring in the fresh air they can be found cosying up at home, painting, knitting, and dancing!


Eleanor lives in Brighton with her three year old daughter. They are always on the lookout for new experiences and environments to explore and exciting new activities to do together. One of their favourite ways to spend an afternoon is the cinema, you will always find them queueing for popcorn the minute a new kids’ film is released! They love getting the train to London in search of new activities and great places to eat. Eleanor is also training as a complementary therapist in her (limited!) spare time and is very interested in the practice of mindfulness.
