The scenic county of West Sussex is located in Southern England, about 37 miles south of London. Bordered by East Sussex, Hampshire and Surrey, this area boasts glorious natural beauty spots and an estimated population of 858,000. The major towns here include Horsham, Crawley, Pease Pottage and Worthing. The combination of scenery, culture and friendly locals makes West Sussex a fantastic place for a fun family getaway.

Some of the best UK beaches are found along the coast of West Sussex. One of the most beautiful shores here is at Bognor Regis. You can rent one of the stunning country homes that line the beach for a relaxing, romantic staycation. Another beautiful natural setting is the South Downs National Park. Covering over 1,627 square kilometres, this is a great location to discover the incredible wildlife that lives in the area as well as the fantastic panoramic views of the rolling fields.

Its annual Pride Parade and stretch of Bonfire Festivals attract people from across the country. With marketplaces, live music and other amazing performances these festivities are not to be missed.
