If you are looking for the perfect online mother and baby yoga class, we have exactly the thing for you! Yoga and wellness expert Liel Cheri is teaching yoga accompanied by her (very cute) baby Milena on her YouTube page. Being at home with a baby can sometimes mean we forget to take time to focus on ourselves and de-stress. Mother and baby yoga is a great way to ease yourself back into exercising as a new mum, whilst bonding with your baby at the same time.
Liel's classes are suitable for babies from approximately 10 weeks old and up - ideal if you've had your 6-week postnatal check! During these 30-minute classes, Liel will take you through different pose sequences - some will involve holding your baby in your arms and some won't. These classes give you an opportunity to stretch, strengthen and tone your muscles with your baby. Mum and baby yoga can also improve sleep, help you relax and improve your fitness and posture. Your yoga baby will also reap the benefits - from calming and relaxing them, to helping their reflexes develop. The perfect way for mums to connect both emotionally and physically with your baby!

- This class is more suitable for mothers who have practised yoga before rather than beginners. We would not advise you to do this class before your 6-week postnatal check.
