  • You will need some basic ingredients in the kitchen to prepare this recipe including: 200g natural yogurt, 1.1 kg of skinless and boneless chicken thighs, garlic cloves, 1 and a half teaspoons of salt, half a teaspoon of tandoori masala, 1 tablespoon chilli powder, 60g of cashew nuts, 1 teaspoon garam masala, 1 teaspoon turmeric, 2 teaspoons ground coriander, whole milk, 2 tablespoons sunflower oil, 1 large onion, 2 chopped tomatoes and 2 tablespoons tomato puree.

Chetna Makan is a creative baker and passionate cook who was also a Great British Bake off 2014 semi-finalist. With over 115K followers on her Food with Chetna YouTube channel, she shares some amazing recipes and is also joined by other chefs and friends. She cooks all things delicious, from savoury meals, including fish curry, veg rice, garlic pasta, potato fenugreek stuffed paratha, to cakes, including lemon cake, homemade custard, mango chocolate ice cream and chocolate cake.
