What to expect

Are your young dancers missing their weekly ballet fix? Are you wondering where to find ballet classes for kids near you? Would your children jump at the chance to dance with the English National Ballet? Well, now's their chance to dance with one of the UK’s leading companies in the youth dance sector. Join the ENBYouthCo's new creative director and dance artist Richard Bermange, who's released an exciting week of dance! Richard will also be joined by other dance artists to lead classes during the week, who will focus on different styles including contemporary dance, ballet, balletfit and classical creative. These are 60-minute dance classes for kids that'll help keep you keep active, maintain technique and express your creativity. They are available to watch on YouTube.

Whether you are a fan of street dance, musical theatre or just performing arts in general, these classes will teach your teenagers the fundamentals about dance and allow them to build self-confidence and express creativity. Aimed at young people from 14-19, the sessions take the format of typical dance school classes, with warmups and speedy dynamic exercises that will get your heart rate going. You will focus on building technique and practising safely at home.

Learn from the best and turn your home into a dance academy with these classes for older kids. If your kids find they really love these dance classes, The Ballet Coach is offering free online sessions to intermediate level dancers aged 13+ too. Your younger children don't have to miss out either, as The Ballet Coach is also offering virtual dance classes for children aged 8-13, one for ages 5-7 and one for under 6s - you can experience and enjoy dance class whatever your age.
