Fred Weasley was a major character in the Harry Potter series of books written by J. K. Rowling which were later turned into films.
Fred was the son of Arthur and Molly Weasley with three older brothers Bill, Charlie, and Percy, twin brother George, younger brother Ron and younger sister Ginny. Fred and George Weasley were pranksters and inventors by birth and wanted to be entrepreneurs as they grew up.
Fred Weasley was a pure-blood wizard admitted to Gryffindor house in Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.
