Mr. George Feeny is a teacher and a neighbor of Matthew's in the 'Boy Meets World' series.
'Boy Meets World' is an American sitcom and was a hit amongst teenagers throughout this time. The sitcom lasted for seven years starting from 1993 to 2000.
