Trampolining might be something you’ve always associated with older children and adults; after all, trampolinists compete in the Olympics! But loads of centres also offer trampolining for toddlers. Not only do these under-5s hours eliminate the risk of your little one getting mown down by boisterous older kids, they also allow little ones to enjoy a hobby that they can continue throughout their lives. We’re talking wall-to-wall trampolines, three-storey soft play palaces, sky slides - you name it, the new breed of trampoline park has it. Oh, and because all trampoline parks require guardian supervision, they’re the safest environment outside of a gymnastics class for toddlers to bounce.

‘Where's the nearest trampoline park to me?’ we hear you asking. Well, here are nine of the best bounce pits in the capital.

FlipOut, Brent Cross

A sea of soft and bouncy trampolines, soaring slides, squishy foam-filled landing pools and ninja warrior obstacle courses - every toddler’s dream come true! Chase each other through the laser maze, out-bounce each other on the free-jumping trampolines or tackle one of the ninja bounce trails together! You’re guaranteed an exhilarating workout as well as a fun-filled day out together that they’ll never forget.
