Natural History Museum
Quite simply one of the UK’s best museums. From the giant blue whale skeleton to the animatronic T-Rex, the Natural History Museum has jaw-dropping exhibits around every corner.
Whether your brood are die-hard dinosaur fans, crazy about creepy crawlies or mad for mammals, this colossal museum is a fab day out for all ages. The historic building is colour coded - check out the life-size model of the blue whale in the blue zone, take a journey to the centre of the earth in the red zone and discover moon rocks and dodo skeletons on the green zone.
Kidadler Abby recommends a visit: "The blue whale at the Natural History Museum is breathtaking."
Kidadler Tamara adds that her "hyper 4 year old loved the Natural History Museum", while Kidadler Sharon says: the "Natural History Museum has a great room in the basement where they take trays out and can examine the stuff inside and look it up on the computer. It's great."
