Read our list of must-know Akita Chow mix facts.

The Akita Chow dog is a mix of two breeds, the Akita and Chow mix or simply referred to as Chow Chow Akita mix commonly. The first pup of this breed was born in 1972 at Hee-Ho Kennels.

The Akita Chows are the perfect mix of two wonderful dogs.

From Akitas, they inherit their devotion and intelligence; from Chows, they get a gentle disposition and distinctive markings like black masks around eyes or paws. Though, their size can vary from being larger than that of an Akita to smaller than a Peke.

They are often hypoallergenic because some people think these dogs produce less dander or saliva so those with allergies might want to consider one as their companion animal!

The Chakita dogs are strong dogs who come in colors like black or white. They are medium-sized dogs that need to exercise every day, so don't neglect those walks!

Because these pups require lots of attention, socialization can be difficult for them when surrounded by other animals in public spaces such as parks.

These independent animals are also very smart which goes to show that this mix breed may have some personality traits from both their parent breeds combined into one adorable pup.

Puppies can be $2000-$3000 just for adoption whereas an adult could run anywhere from $1000-$5000 depending on age or health problems such as hip dysplasia which is common among large dogs like these guys.

But as you might know already, there are all sorts of different types of terrain to run on so each breed will be faster or more agile than others depending on their needs (think about how much harder running uphill could be!).

So which type do we think would win if they squared off head-to-head with these other fast pups?

Both female and male species are known as Akita Chow mix dogs. No specific terms have been coined for the two sexes.

But you can tell the difference between a male and a female. Males are larger than females, with gray tongues due to their thicker coats; meanwhile, females will be more dark brown in color since they don't need as much protection from cold weather conditions.
