The Westiepoo has its origin in the United States around the 1970s after the Cockapoo was produced. This dog is a mixed breed and its parents are West Highland White Terriers and the Poodles. These dogs are called designer dogs. The Westie originated from Scotland and the standard Poodle originated from Germany and was refined by the French. These poodle mix dogs or designer dogs are medium-sized animals with a fluffy, white coat. Three to six Westiepoo puppies are born at once. The Westiepoo adult weighs around 20-30 lb (9-14 kg). These Westiepoo dogs make great pets. The Westiepoo temperament is what makes them great pets as they are friendly, lovable, and loyal and get attached to the owner and their family very easily. The grooming and training of these terrier poodle dogs are easy and manageable. As they are a Westie Poodle mix dog, these dogs do not have a breed status and are instead known as a hybrid.
