King George VI was born on December 14, 1895. His full name was Albert Frederick Arthur George Windsor, or as we know him, King George VI.

He was born in York Cottage, Sandringham House. He inherited the crown in 1936. Throughout it all, King George VI, with his wife Elizabeth Bowes-Lyon by his side, remained steadfast.
