They look very similar to deer, except that their antlers don't fall. Antelopes run fast since they don't keep their entire paw on the ground, helping them to spring as soon as needed. They run at 30-60 miles per hour. This animal lives in savannahs, woodlands, and even deserts in Africa, Asia, and North America. These herbivores animals eat grass, small plants and bushes. They have light brown hair on their body, with their characteristic antlers, which they use to defend themselves. They belong to a family of animals that include cows, cattle, deers. Female antelopes, on the other hand, don't have antlers.
