The animal kingdom never ceases to amaze us with its varied range of creatures. These creatures make up for one of the most distinct characteristics. Here, we introduce you to one such unique inhabitant of the jungle. A quoll is a type of a marsupial that falls under the Dasyuridae family and Dasyuromorphia order. They are predominantly found in parts of New Guinea and Australia. They are carnivorous land animals that generally feed on insects, lizards and birds. They have an average life expectancy of around 2-4 years. They are pouched animals which are similar to that of a kangaroo and wallaby. Some common types of quolls include Eastern quoll, tiger quoll and Western quoll. The following is a quoll coloring pages resource, which the kids would love to color. In the free printable picture, we see a quoll who seems to be on search of some food. The picture would be a great introduction for kids to learn about the various characteristics and traits of a quoll. This would also make them read about other marsupials as well, which would be good for the well-rounded development of their brains.
