How many of these can you spot in the great outdoors? Put some spring into your step and stage your own walking scavenger hunt! Print out one of our checklists, take it with you on your daily walk and tick off as many as you can spy as you go along.

You can make the game even more fun by taking along guidebooks, nature-identifying apps, binoculars and a magnifying glass. And consider keeping a nature diary to record your findings.
