Growlithe Pokemon Card

Growlithe is a fire-type Pokémon introduced in Generation I, which is the first form of Arcanine Pokémon.

Growlithe is derived from a growl. Given that Growlithe resembles a dog, it makes sense that it would howl. It is unclear where the lithe ending came from, maybe it comes from the Greek word lithos, which means stone and alludes to Growlithe's power, or maybe it comes from the English words lean and muscular (lithe).

A Growlithe's fur is an intense orange color with black lines. It has a cream-colored fluff on top of its head, tail, and belly. No gender-specific differences exist.

Growlithe instinctively shows trainers loyalty, obedience, and protection by being fearless in the face of formidable foes. However, if one is not properly educated, it frequently bites unintentionally or without cause. They can also be aggressively hostile toward anybody they perceive as intruders on their territory.
