'Corpse Bride' released in 2005, is the perfect amalgamation of grotesque and romance where Tim Burton draws a fine line between the living and the dead.
The involuntary turn of events leads Victor Van Dort being dragged into the world of the dead by Emily the Corpse Bride, who was stabbed by Barkis after stealing her fortune and left behind to die and decompose.
The genius of Tim Burton lies in the fact how he managed to paint the blank canvas of the world of the dead with his coruscating effects.
The very shy Victor Van Dort was all set to marry Victoria Everglot.
While practicing his vows Victor accidentally recites them on the grave of Emily as she rises from her grave taking Victor as her husband assuming he has married her and then drags him down into the underworld.
