Charles Kelly, played by Charlie Day, is a fictional character on the show 'It's Always Sunny in Philadephia'.
The character is a co-owner and janitor of Paddy's Pub - he had to give up his shares through due course of his career because of debt. He is a member of the gang that works at the bar.
