'The Lion King' is a movie loved by children and adults alike.

This 1994 Disney classic tells us the story of Simba, the King of Pride Rock. The story about how the stranded lion cub became the rightful ruler and king of the jungle moves our hearts.

If we are talking about old Disney movies that everyone loves, you cannot look past 'The Lion King'. From the most famous line "Everything the light touches is yours", to Mufasa's last words "Help me" said to Scar before he is killed by Scar.

Even though there were several follow up movies and a live-action version of it, the original with all its charm lives inside our hearts forever.

The story of how the ruler and king of the jungle Mufasa is killed by his brother Scar and how Mufasa's son, Simba, comes back to finally avenge his father's death is something we will always remember. Simba's journey starts with his father being the king and ends with him becoming the king.

Even today, nothing can come close to the story and the life lessons this film offers.

Mufasa is a wise king who wants his son to become a king just like him. Mufasa's voice was immortalized by James Earl Jones, with Scar's words to Mufas "long live the King', being particularly memorable.

Even after Mufasa's death, Simba remembers his words and comes back to avenge him and take his rightful place on the throne.

Even though Mufasa doesn't have a lot of screen time, his presence stays with Simba forever. These Mufasa quotes will show you how wise and brave he was.
