Philippus Aureolus Theophrastus Bombastus von Hohenheim better known as Paracelsus was a Swiss alchemist, pioneer physician, philosopher, and medical revolutionist.
Paracelsus was born in 1493 and died at the very young age of 47 in 1541. He was not just a physician but a philosopher in the German renaissance.
Not just Paracelsus's intelligence but his wisdom too gained Paracelsus a place in the history of philosophy and it is pertinent in his quotes and sayings. His name when he was born was Paracelsus von Hohenheim Philippus after which he took Theophrastus Aureolus Bombastus von Hohenheim Paracelsus but after sometime he took up the name of just Paracelsus. He is referred to as the father of toxicity (i.e. a study of the adverse effects of chemical substances on living organisms and treating them in case of any exposure to toxins). His study of works has been a base for the early modern medical movement which was named after him. So, here is a list of all the famous Paracelsus quotes, inspirational Paracelsus quotes and sayings, Paracelsus quotes on Toxicology, Paracelsus quotes on being a philosopher, and all other quotes by him.
