As you take a seat at your table, you will be served an assortment of breads, dips, and olives, a traditional Greek mezze.
For starters, you get the classic Greek salad with fresh cucumber, cherry tomatoes, onions, and feta cheese. These are of course garnished with basil leaves and drizzled with a fresh batch of olive oil. If you are vegan, the Greek salad will be accompanied by vegan feta.
In the main course, you get slow-cooked beef and confit lamb shoulder with courgettes peperonata, garlic potatoes, aromatic jus, and romesco. If you are vegan or vegetarian, you will be served roasted cauliflower accompanied by a lemon-herb dressing and stuffed tomato accompanied by lentil ragout.
Desserts are always the best and 'Mamma Mia! The Party' doesn't disappoint. You get a delicious Greek lemon cake with citrus yoghurt and confit orange skin. For the vegan visitors , the dessert will be delicious dough balls, called loukoumades, accompanied by a sweet fig jam.
Allergens will be present as the kitchens remain busy throughout. Individual dietary requirements will be catered to if informed by the visitors at least 48 hours before 'Mamma Mia! The Party' starts.
