Lucianosaurus facts are interesting to read.

Named by Hunt and Lucas in 1994, Lucianosaurus wildi is most likely an Archosauriformes. However, previously they were considered to be early ornithischian dinosaurs. These animals belonged to the Late Triassic.

The historical biology of Lucianosaurus is quite a mystery due to a lack of fossils. However, its recovered teeth have shed light on its dental patterns. For instance, Lucianosaurus had thecodont dentition. They were most probably carnivores, like other Archosauriformes.

Like all the other genera under the class Reptilia, Lucianosurus also reproduced by laying eggs. Their eggs contained a protective membrane known as the amnion. They were found in the Bull Canyon Formation, belonging to New Mexico. This region was an alluvial plain.
