Princess Leia is an imaginary character from the 'Star Wars Franchise.'
She is Princess of the planet Alderaan. Her mother, Padme Amidala, died soon after her birth.
Carrie Frances Fisher played a key role as Princess Leia in Star Wars films. Director George Lucas is an American filmmaker famous for creating the 'Star Wars' and 'Indiana Jones' franchises.
After the destruction of Alderaan, all the Alderaanians considered Leia as their Princess. Still, she regards herself as a senator. When Leia sensed the fray between Rey and Kylo Ren on Kef Bir, Leia reached out to her son across the galaxy and called him by his birth name, Ben. This last act drained Leia of her remaining energy and killed her.
Leia was adopted and raised by Bail and Breha Organ. The royal family named Organa adopted her. She has a twin brother named Luke. Out of love for the adopted family, Leia considers herself as Leia Organa. In the long run, she married Hans Solo and had three children. She confessed her love towards Hans in the episode VI 'Return Of Jedi'. She is known for her fearlessness on the battlefield, a strong leader, and famous for her problem-solving skills. She is considered to be the hero of the galaxy and is also known as an inspirational figure.
In 'The Rise of Skywalker' episode, Leia starts training to become Jedi. But soon, she realized if she becomes a Jedi, her son Ben Solo would face problems, and hence she dropped the idea of Jade training.
The sudden death of Carrie Fishers made the producers take the scenes from the past episodes and create an eight-minute duration scene in her tribute.
