Leia Organa is the adopted daughter of Bail Organa, the senator of the planet Alderaan.

Leia was the biological daughter of Anakin Skywalker and Padme Amidala of Naboo. Leia was born after the Clone Wars, in which the Jedi Order won and the Galactic Republic was reestablished as the Galactic Empire.

It was during this time that her mother died and the twins, Luke and Leia Skywalker, were born. However, they were separated.

Leia lived a princess life. It was later revealed in the movie that Anakin Skywalker was Darth Vader, whom Princess Leia killed.

When Anakin Skywalker's wife died and his children were taken away, he turned to the dark side of the Force. Later, Princess Leia married Han Solo at the age of 19. Han Solo was a smuggler and was 10 years older than she was.

Despite their age and social status differences, the two fell in love. They had a son, Ben Solo, whom Leia attempts but fails to save from the dark side of the Force.

Han Solo is killed by his own son, Kylo Ren (Ben Solo), and finally, Luke, along with his sister, dies to protect the galaxy from the dark side of the Force. Using their powers, they save the galaxy from evil.

The Skywalker Saga is known for its fictional characters and film series.

Princess Leia is a fictional character in the Star Wars franchise, in which she is also known as General Leia Organa and Senator Leia Organa. The first Star Wars film was released in 1977, in which the characters belong to the Alderaan planet.

The fictional character is an agent of the Rebel Alliance and also part of the Imperial Senate.

Princess Leia aids in the devastating superweapon, the Death Star of the Empire, which is achieved by foiling the sinister Lord Darth Vader. The weapon of the Death Star brings destruction to the whole empire.

Princess Leia achieves success with the help of the Rebel base in the '80s 'Empire Strikes Back' film, and while doing so, she falls in love with Han Solo, a smuggler.

Princess Leia's commands are followed strictly by the Rebel Base of Alderaan. In the '83s Return of the Jedi, Princess Leia managed the operation to save Han Solo from Jabba the Hutt, the crime lord.

The bounty hunter armor was made and worn by Princess Leia with the help of Maz Kanata. It is in this series that the spectators come to know about the royal family of Princess Leia.

It is the last Jedi series when she comes to realize that she is Darth Vader's daughter and Luke Skywalker is her twin brother. In 2005, in the film 'Revenge of the Sith', it is known that the real mother of Princess Leia, Padme Amidala of Naboo, died after giving birth to Luke Skywalker and Princess Leia.

Princess Leia was adopted by Senator Bail Organa and Queen Breha Organa. In the 2015 and 2017 Star Wars films, 'The Force Awakens', and 'The Last Jedi', the son of Han Solo and Princess Leia Organa, Ben Solo, is introduced. Later, Kylo Ren is adopted by Ben Solo after he turns to the dark side of the Force.

In this film series of Star Wars, General Leia of the Resistance is introduced, who is against the First Order. In different films, you might see the fictional character of Princess Leia, the biological daughter of Anakin Skywalker (Darth Vader), seen in the New Republic as Chief of State and as a Jedi Master.

She is a Jedi Knight due to her family's inherited powers.

Obi-wan Kenobi is the mentor of Luke Skywalker and the Jedi Master of Anakin Skywalker. During the Clone Wars, it was Bail Organa and Princess Leia who requested Obi-wan Kenobi to help them out, as he was the only last hope for the Imperial senate of Alderaan.

Brother Luke and Jedi master Saba Sebatyne train Leia to be a Jedi master. Leia knew that Yoda wanted to train her, but Leia continued her training with her elder brother Luke and later with Saba Sebatyne.

Among three trials of Jedi, one was passed by her by assembling her own lightsaber. From the very start, it is known that Leia has powers from the conversation between Obi-wan Kenobi and Yoda.

Leia was more focused on making herself stronger for her empire, as she was the princess of Alderaan. Luke Skywalker has to go through certain training to fight Darth Vader, but Leia did not go through the harsh training process by the Jedi masters.

Luke directly confesses to the powers Leia has which he lacked when he was dying. Her final deed was to use the Force to perceive and change the universe's equilibrium.

Leia set up the chain of circumstances that would tip Kylo Ren back into being Ben Solo again by knowing just when to reach out to her son, Kylo Ren, in the middle of battling Rey.

Luke and Leia's lightsabers were buried together as the last recognition of the two Jedi whose abilities drove the galaxy into righteousness. Her death did not go in vain, as the galaxy was protected from the evil side of the forces. Princess Leia was 60 years old when she died.

With the help of Han and Luke, Leia continues to face the adversities of her life and protect the galaxy.

Relationships: Princess Leia

Princess Leia has a close relationship with her family, particularly her elder brother Luke Skywalker, husband Han Solo, and her first beloved son Ben Solo, who later turned to the dark side of the Force and was renamed, Kylo Ren.

The Star Wars film series shows different phases of Princess Leia, from being a daughter, a senator, and a queen. She was such a strong female character who dealt with all the other fictional characters in Star Wars with ease and smartness.

Leia loved her first child, Ben Solo, and she would do anything to save him from the evil side.

Ben Solo succumbs to the dark side of the Force and renames himself, Kylo Ren, after so much love and affection. She tried her level best to protect her son from the dark side of the Force and feared her son's end like her own biological father, Anakin Skywalker.

Out of this fear, she asked Luke to take care of her son and teach him under his guidance.

Despite her efforts, she fails, and her son is enticed by the evil powers; however, they remain hopeful that their son will return because he has good blood running through his veins. In Star Wars, the love of Leia Organa and Han Solo is eternal.

At first, Leia fails to understand her feelings for smuggler Han Solo, but when, in the War of Yavin, Han Solo protects Luke Skywalker, Leia develops a soft corner for Han Solo.

In Star Wars: Empire Strikes Back, Leia realizes her feelings for Han Solo, and in Return of the Jedi, Leia and her team rescue Han Solo. In the Battle of Endor, Han and Leia marry after Han's misconception about Leia and Luke's relationship is cleared.

At last, she even sensed her husband, Han Solo's death and lamented his death because it was the death of a father by his son, Kylo Ren.

Her relationship with Luke Skywalker was also really appreciated by the viewers. At first unsure of the fact that Luke is her brother, she treats him well as a brother.

Later, on realizing he was her elder brother from the same father and mother, she adored him as her left hand. She always took the help of Luke and Han in everything she did.

Cultural Influence: Princess Leia

When it is about cultural influence, then the foremost example could be Disney Infinity 3.0 video game which is entirely based on the Star Wars action theme and fictional characters.

People have felt the cultural influence of the character Princess Leia in three ways: her cinnamon buns hairstyle, the metal bikini, and the feminist aspects of her character. The character of Princess Leia is seen from her very childhood in the Star Wars film series. Leia, throughout the film series, has gone through many ups and downs.

She was a resilient person who enlightened us on real-life women's empowerment social issues. She was not only smart and intelligent, but she was also a perfect female figure who dedicated the majority of her life to her empire and saving the galaxy from the dark side of the forces.

She is the perfect example of a lover, a leader, a Jedi master, a mother, and a sister.

Leia was the mother of Ben Solo, Anakin Solo, Jaina, and Jacen. Star Wars, depicting famous actress Carrier Fisher, was perfect for the role of Princess Leia of Alderaan.

She has a soft corner for each of her acquaintances. Apart from her character influence, her cinnamon bun hairstyle was also very much followed by people around the world. Ingvild Deila worked on Carrie Fisher's acting style and by recreating Leia's outfit, making use of motion capture dots, and superimposing, they got princess Leia's effect in Rogue One.

In a parody film, 'Thumb Wars', Princess Leia was named Princess Bunhead. Being in the middle of such problems made her such a strong woman that she faced off all adversities with her calmness and intelligence.
