Smiles and laughter are not restricted to one day, rather should be followed every day. This is merely an awareness-raising day for the benefits of laughing towards health and wellbeing.
Sit in a park or an open place early in the morning and practice laughing yoga. This will not only help one person laugh but people around will also smile and laugh.
