  • Slide fast and splash down with the fantastic water slides on offer.
  • Relax in a tropically heated bubbling pool while the kids play.
  • A slide just for the youngest family members means no one misses out.
  • Grab an ice cream or a meal deal at the end of the day.

Alton Towers Waterpark in Staffordshire is an outdoor and indoor waterpark, with six attractions and three water slides. It is part of the Alton Towers Theme Park, the second most visited theme park in the UK in 2017. This is one of the best places to take kids, as it has something for a variety of ages.

If you’re interested in getting your heart rate up, all three of the slides are incredible. If it’s a hot day, why not take on the outdoors with Flash Floods: Outdoor Flume Adventures?

Spin around on your trip outside before splashing back down into a tropical pool. Time to have a race! With your selection of music and lights, Rush 'N' Rampage is full of crazy turns that will make you want to keep going back.

Last but not least, Master Blaster will take you around the waterpark at a breakneck speed, twisting and turning. Great for fans of another famous Master Blaster at Sandcastle Waterpark.

Two kids having fun on the lazy river ride.

Water slides not for you? There are plenty of other options for play. On a rubber ring, enjoy the Lazy River as you explore Calypso Creek. Look out for the water jets!

Want a splash? Listen out for the ringing bell as the Tipping Bucket sets 1,000 litres of water falling. The Wacky Waterworks Treehouse has 70+ interactive water features attached to a variety of cannons and ropes. Perfect for younger ones and their friends.

In need of something a little quieter? Listen to the gentle splashing of the waterfall in Lagoona Bay, with a gentle swim in an indoor pool when you’re done.

If you’re a fan of heated bubbly fun, you will be a fan of Volcano Springs and the Bubbly Wubbly Pool. Do the youngest members of your family want to join in? The Little Leak area is full of fun and games just for them - slide, paddle and play!

Time to eat? Meal deals are available for adults and children, or you could enjoy some ice cream at the Ice Cream shack, whether you prefer a cone, float, all the toppings or simple flavours.
