Learn about the haunting stories about London bridge’s history, and discover the secrets about the shocking murders, strange executions and the devastating Great Fire of London before delving deeper into the London Tombs beneath the bridge.

Watch out for Queen Boudica and the Iceni tribe of warriors as they prepare to battle the Roman army. Step foot into The Star Inn Pub, which is notorious for its links with Jack the Ripper, and listen carefully as The Keeper of The Heads describes how he preserves the heads of the famous, including William Wallace.

Are you brave enough to descend into the lower vaults of London Bridge and travel through the scare maze? The Tombs are home to hundreds of spirits of the dead and plagued bodies, so be prepared to jump and scream with fright as you journey through this immersive maze.

Dodge the hanging cobwebs, squeeze through the blood-soaked wall, watch out for devilish clowns, zombies and doctors.

If you have younger children under 11 who want a less scary experience, they are welcome to embark on the special Guardian Angel Tour. An entertaining immersive scare experience, they will get to soak up the interesting smells, sights and sounds of the Tombs with the frightening elements removed.

What to know before you go

  • This ticket includes access to the London Bridge Experience and Tombs, as well as an audio guide in five different languages, including German, Spanish, French, Italian and Polish.
  • The London Bridge Experience and London Tombs tour takes approximately one hour, but due to the nature of the experience we would recommend you allow one hour and 15 minutes.
  • Please arrive 15 minutes before your show time.
  • The experience isn’t recommended for women in their late stages of pregnancy, or for people with nervous dispositions, heart problems, epilepsy or claustrophobia. The London Bridge Experience walk-through can be dark in places, but it is more funny and historical than scary. The Tombs is a scarier experience, and there’s is strobe lighting and a path that can be uneasy path. You will be asked if you would rather leave the show before entering the Tombs section.
  • Visit the Creams Café for an indulgent treat. The café serves a range of mouth-watering desserts including waffles, crepes, gelato, milkshakes, plus much more. Borough Market is also a short walk away and has a variety of great stalls selling delicious street food.
  • The venue is wheelchair accessible.  
  • By selecting free cancellation upon booking, you can cancel until 11.59pm on the day before your visit.

Getting there

  • The nearest Tube and railway station is London Bridge, serving the Northern and Jubilee line and Thameslink, South East Trains and Southern Trains. It is just a two-minute walk away to the London Bridge Experience.
  • London bus routes 17, 43, 47, 141, 149, 343, 381, 388 and 521 stop in the area.
  • If you are coming by car, there is an NCP London Bridge car park on Kipling Street.
