The labsky is the cross breed between two of the world’s favorite dog pets, the Siberian husky and the Labrador retriever. Husky lab mix dogs are also called Huskador, Siberian Retriever, or Labsky.

Husky mix dogs are known for their intelligence, curious nature and loving temperament. Labrador husky dog breeds are perfect for a family with kids in an urban set up, too.

Crossbreeding was done about two decades back, and it happened in the United States. Labsky dogs have the best of both parents, like the resilience and intelligence of a husky and loyal and affectionate nature of a Labrador.

They were bred as companion dogs. Husky mix dogs are known as loyal pets and are excellent with children.

And the female dog should be in its heat cycle as the reproduction cycle starts when the male dog mounts the female dog from the rear.

After a firm connection, the dogs will stay in this position for 5-30 minutes. The pregnancy period for the female dog would be for 58-68 days and she will give birth to  6-8 puppies.

The labsky may not have a conservation status as it was bred as a companion dog for humans. It is a designer dog with a Siberian husky and Labrador retriever as its parents. It was first bred in the 1990s in the United States.
