The Terripoo is a designer dog breed that is obtained by mixing Australian Terriers and Poodles. These Poodle Terriers derive their traits from both their parents' breeds, making them an easy-to-train, fun-loving breed of dogs. These dogs come in a variety of coat colors such as blue, tan, cream, tan, and brown. They are small and lightweight, weighing just 14 lb (6.35 kg). They are usually hypoallergenic and they do need some obedience training to accustom them to young children and other small animals. The Terrier in them gives them a strong natural hunting instinct and an aggressive, attention-seeking streak which is easily handled with a bit of training. These fun-loving dogs have an average litter size of between one and three puppies and they can be bred to create other breeds as well. Terripoos are also highly intelligent, like many dog breeds. They are easy to care for but owners of these pets must look out for diseases such as diabetes and mitral valve disease, among other health issues.
