It's no secret that teens love their sleep. Having plenty of sleep is healthy, especially for teenagers who require more sleep than adults and many of whom have been stressed with school exams.

That said, it's important to keep the times you wake and go to sleep fairly constant, and with our tips on ways to get your teen out of bed, a healthier sleep cycle can easily be achieved.

Having the luxury of waking up naturally by the sun and not feeling the pain of the early morning alarm clocks is something we should encourage and enjoy as much as we can.

However, sometimes this can make us more inclined to stay in bed longer than we need, so some encouragement is needed to separate ourselves from our pillows.
