George Bernard Shaw was born on July 26, 1856, in Portobelo, Ireland.

Shaw and his family lived a financially decent life, and he was motivated to provide support to his family. George Shaw chose a career path in arts and expressed his thoughts and experiences in his novels. Shaw was an avid reader since childhood and a playwriter, political activist, and recipient of the Noble Prize for literature.

Initially, his work was rejected by many publishers. But he did not get disappointed. Subsequently, he joined the Fabian Society and was an active member.

The Society was a group of socialists who aimed at transforming England via a vibrant political base. He had a golden career as an activist and a critic. He influenced Western theater and politics. Shaw also wrote reviews for different books, movies, and theaters.
